Shredded Chicken Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 FFF Whole Chicken
2-4 Cups Chicken Broth
Salt
Pepper
Optional: Any of your favorite spices or seasoning salts

DIRECTIONS:
1. Defrost the Chicken.
2. In a Crock Pot or a medium sized Pot on the stove, lay in the chicken, back side down.
3. Turn on to Low/Medium heat and add the chicken broth. Only add enough broth to cover the chicken legs about half way, (This allows the chicken to steam in the pot while retaining more of its natural flavor).
4. Cover the chicken in the salt, pepper and your spices and let it cook for about 4 hours, probing with a fork periodically to test its doneness.
5. Once it pulls apart easily, remove it from the heat and shred it in a separate bowl.
6. There you go! Now you have shredded chicken to add to any dish, side, dip or meal prep plan!

*Don't forget to use the remains of the chicken to make your own high quality Chicken Broth!
