We will have one last shipping day before Thanksgiving on Monday morning, November 25th. We will not be doing our Bay/Sacramento area deliveries or local pickups on Saturday, November 30th, but will resume on Saturday, December 7th. Ground Beef Bulgogi

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb FFF Ground Beef
1/2 Chopped Onion
4 Cloves Chopped/Crushed Garlic
Olive Oil or any cooking oil

SAUCE:
5 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
4 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
1 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
Chili Oil to Taste (Optional)

GARNISH:
4 Finely Chopped Green Onions
Grated Carrots or Daikon (Optional: Pickled is great!)

DIRECTIONS:
1. In a pan on medium heat, place some oil and cook the chopped Onion until soft, about 5 minutes. Then add the Garlic and cook together until fragrant, or about 5-10 minutes. Then add in the Ground Beef and cook until fully cooked.
2. While the Ground Beef is cooking, mix the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.
3. Once the Ground Beef is done cooking, spoon out the excess rendered fat from the ground beef, and then add in the sauce.
4. Cook together for several minutes to reduce your sauce and fully incorporate into the Ground Beef.
5. Serve immediately over steamed vegetables or rice, garnish and Enjoy!
