Beef Stir Fry Recipe

Beef Stir Fry Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 pack FFF Sirloin Tip or Carne Asada
2 Tablespoons Baking Soda
2 Tablespoons Corn/Potato starch

Optional:
Sliced Carrots
Green Beans
Sliced Peppers
Chopped Broccoli
Sliced Onion
1 Can Baby Corn
1 Can Water Chestnuts

Sauce:
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
3 Cloves minced/crushed Garlic
2 Teaspoons Ginger (or Ginger powder)
1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce (Optional)
1 Tablespoon Hoisin Sauce (Optional)

DIRECTIONS:
1. Defrost the Steak, then slice into thin strips. Once cut, put all the steak strips into a bowl and add in the baking soda. Stir gently until the steak is fully coated with the baking soda, then set aside for at least 5 minutes.
2. In a frying pan or Wok, add in a generous amount of oil and put to medium heat. While the pan is coming up to temperature, add the corn starch to the beef strips and coat thoroughly.
3. Once the oil is heated, add in the steak strips and cook until done.
4. Once the meat is done, add in your veggies (if desired), and cook them until soft.
5. Add in your sauce ingredients, and stir well to fully incorporate them together with the veggies in the pan.
6. Add the steak back into the pan, and stir everything together.
7. Serve hot over rice and Enjoy!
