Cooking Suggestions: First, you want to blanch the bones in boiling water for 3-5 minutes to clean the scum off. For added depth of flavor place all ingredients for broth (bones, onion, carrot, celery, ginger, turmeric, garlic) on a baking sheet and roast at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. Then, add everything to a crockpot, instant pot, or stock pot, cover with purified water, add a dash of Apple Cider Vinegar, some salt and peppercorns, and let simmer for at least 10 hours.
