Description:  Pork skin, known for its tasty crunch and signature puffy texture, is a versatile but underused cut. Cut from the outside of the Pig, it is most often fried into Chicharrones to make a tasty and protein packed snack. 

Cooking Suggestions: To make crunchy Chicharrones, render down some Pork Fat or Beef Fat. Cut the Pork Skin into thin strips and lightly drop them in the rendered fat, frying until golden brown and puffy. Toss in your favorite seasonings and enjoy!

Details: Pasture Raised Pork Skins. No added hormones, no antibiotics, no chemical fertilizer, and no pesticides. No GMOs, no corn, and no soy. Cut into Strips approximately 2" x 8". Package will arrive frozen.
