Cooking Suggestions: To cook a beef bottom round roast, preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Season the roast with salt, pepper, and desired spices. Place it on a rack in a roasting pan and roast for approximately 20 minutes per pound until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare. Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
