We will have one last shipping day before Thanksgiving on Monday morning, November 25th. We will not be doing our Bay/Sacramento area deliveries or local pickups on Saturday, November 30th, but will resume on Saturday, December 7th. We are almost out of our Ground Beef, but will be getting more in to ship/deliver the week of December 16th. Description: Ribeye Steak is a cut of beef that is highly regarded for its rich and robust flavor. Cooking Suggestions: This steak is so juicy and has so much flavor that we suggest cooking on low heat using the reverse sear method, then searing it on high heat either on the grill on on the stove to finish cooking. It is best served medium rare with as few spices as possible in order to let the natural flavor shine.
