Lamb Denver Ribs Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 Pack FFF Lamb Denver Ribs
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp Lowrie's or Head Country Seasoning
2 cups BBQ Sauce
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Fahrenheit (80 degrees Celsius) and prepare a baking sheet by pouring a thin layer of water onto it.
2. Season the Denver Ribs generously with garlic salt, onion powder, black pepper and the seasoning salt of your choice, then place the seasoned ribs on the baking sheet.
3. Cook the ribs in the preheated oven at 175 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour.
4. After 50 minutes of oven cooking, preheat an outdoor grill to high heat.
5. Remove the ribs from the oven and transfer them to the hot grill while still warm. Sear the ribs for approximately 4Â minutes per side, starting with the fat-side up. During the flipping process, coat the meat side with BBQ sauce.
6. Once the ribs are seared to perfection, remove them from the grill.
7. Allow the ribs to rest for a few minutes, then slice them into individual portions.
8. Serve the Denver Ribs with your favorite side dishes and BBQ sauce to taste, and Enjoy!
